Cancellation Policy

At Irina Skin Therapy, each appointment is reserved with intention and care.

We prepare for your visit in advance and hold this time exclusively for you. To ensure a smooth experience for every client, we kindly ask that you review our policy below.

Reservation Deposit

$25 deposit is required to secure all facial and spa appointments.

​

This deposit will be applied toward your service total at the time of your visit.

​

Appointment Changes

We understand that plans may change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

​

Appointments adjusted with sufficient notice may have the deposit transferred to a future booking.

​

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will result in the forfeiture of the $25 deposit.

​

This reflects the time that has been reserved specifically for you.

​

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time.
Your service may be shortened or rescheduled to respect the schedule of other guests.

Courtesy

We understand that unexpected situations can arise.

At our discretion, one late cancellation may be extended as a courtesy.

Future Appointments

Your deposit serves as a commitment to your reserved time and as an administrative booking fee.
