Appointments & Reservations

All appointments are reserved in advance and held exclusively for you.
A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will result in the forfeiture of the reservation deposit.

Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule, depending on availability.
This allows us to maintain the quality and timing of each client’s experience.

Payments

Results & Individual Experience

Each person’s skin is unique. While we are committed to providing thoughtful, results-oriented care, outcomes may vary and cannot be guaranteed.

Health & Skin Responsibility

Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, or recent treatments prior to their appointment.

This ensures that all services are performed safely and appropriately.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service when necessary to protect the wellbeing of the client, practitioner, or overall experience.
